1. Getting matching algorithm right is tough. One new algorithm apps are trying is Gale-Shapley algorithm. Though data still missing on effectiveness of fancy algos.
2. To maintain user authenticity, some apps, for example, The League are using LinkedIn as base profile. (Aligns with my personal belief, LinkedIn is the new Meta!)
3. As concluded by article, Super Likes/Power Moves are mostly a money making endeavor. Product Managers need to come up with a better monetization strategy.
